They have a plan of hiring a plant manager, by September 2000, he will be responsible for building the plant and setting it up. They will manufacture the ozone machines there. The company from Colorado will be moving their business to the new location. They have plans to start the manufacturing by September 2001. They will build various quality of machines. Some will be Bullet Proof, and others will be less costly ones for taking out in the country to help those in the third world countries. Other countries will have to take the equip to the needy ones. Not all the world can go down to the locale HMO and get a treatment. They will build one that will be used in the USA and other countries where they will not be transported from place to place. I believe the cost for these machine will be in the neighborhood of $12,000.00. They expect to be able to build around 900 a quarter. The main product they will be putting together is the single use cartridge. This will cost around $30.00 each. More later Gary
