hey Jim the float in this deal is 350,000 shares the company has fairly low overhead of 15,000 per month and just needs some marketing .The reason to the best of my knowledge on why this thing tanked is because of a few loose shares out in the wrong hands MMs and PR groups These boys are not that market savy but it looks like its built a base here . cheers Big Gopher
