The Microsoft response is posted on their web site- Anyone who has any interest in tech stocks should read this DEFENDANT MICROSOFT CORPORATION?S COMMENTS ON PLAINTIFFS? REVISED PROPOSED FINAL JUDGMENT microsoft.com ********************************* This response hacks up the government "splitup plan" very effectively and shows them to be technical buffoons who do not know what they are talking about. If the judge rubber stamps this trash, he will be laughed at out loud in the Federal Appeals Court or the US Supreme Court chambers in my opinion. Disclosure - I hold no MSFT.
