Don't know about Evans, but Herb is "under suspicion" practically as a matter of course for every negative article he has ever written. Iomega, Iridium, Lernout & Hauspie, doesn't matter, everyone accuses him of the same thing and no one ever produces any evidence. This time is highly unlikely to be any different.

That reminds me, did you notice how odd it was that CYBR's most recent PR was about how the EHC 200 (CYBR's "low-end" product) did not require FDA approval, a fact that Herb had mentioned in his very first column about CYBR three weeks earlier! What does this imply, that the CYBR PR department gets its material from Herb's column too?
