"If the judge rubber stamps this trash, he will be laughed at out loud in the Federal Appeals Court or the US Supreme Court chambers in my opinion. Disclosure - I hold no MSFT. " Daniel, the vast majority of legal experts claim the judge followed all reasonable methods and that there is very little to appeal that likely could be overturned accept that he did not give MSFT enough time to response to the breakup plan. Considering Jackson is a conservative Reagan appt. to automatically assume the appeals court will overturn the decision is dangerous. I hate to admit this as I own a ton of MSFT calls, but MSFT really screwed up in the trial itself - too much arrogance and not enough facts.
