Beats me. Quiet period restrictions? I thought the company was on the right track when Kaplan and Goldberg were brought in, a string of licensing deals were signed and the company announced what seemed to be a well-conceived marketing plan. I have to say that I'm not as optimistic now as I was then. If they can continue operating until buying starts for next holiday season we might be okay. Right now I am sitting a large position that is pretty well submerged. Fortunately, the rest of my portfolio has been gutted, so NKC doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. Ha ha. Ugh.
