LOL! mitchell, that's what they all say. safe harbor is a disclaimer, not a blanket forgiveness. i'd wager that the sec has already received a few notices on this one. i personally wouldn't want the sec breathing down my neck. i, like you, purchased shares in a publicly traded corporation. much of the assets of that company have been spunoff into non-trading entities. i would expect some level of accounting for that, either to the state or to the fed and to shareholders. the last official communication from the company said these entities planned to become publicly traded. i have received no communication from the company or its executives stating otherwise. cheers. gary
