Having a problem with windows crashing on a regular basis. It is occuring on my trading machine which I leave on 24/7. I do reboot it two to three times a week. I also run disc doctor and scan disk (norton) every week at least once.

The timing of the crashes is usually in the early morning. Not at the same time every time however. It restarts itself when the crash occurs and the proper video drivers (assumed as screens are fuzzy) are not installed. I restart the computer and it brings the proper drivers back.

The system is a 350 PII. Not sure of MOBO. 128 meg ram. Win 98 first edition.

Wish I could say I had tried something but I really do not know where to begin short of the disc doctor and scan disk.

Thanks,
Mag
