Greg: obviously a typo. One, VLNC is not likely
to be on Tom Galvin's radar screen, nor to get mentioned
even it were, and two, interest rates just aren't
critical to Valence's success. The reference is obviously
confusion as mention in that context makes no sense.

If Valence were even on Galvin's radar screen
it would be a bullish indicator.
But somebody must have mis-heard or mistranscribed.
IMO, only an MGV should get his/her panties twisted over
this obviously confused reference.
