Now really. You're giving MUCH more credit to the DoJ and in fact, the entire legal actions(s) [plural] than MSFT ever has. It's a bit revisionist to say that folks would be more intimidated by Joel Klein than Bill Gates. --- Then too, to my mind, calling MS "a bunch of techies... not lawyers" strikes me as flat out over the top, particularly in this context. --- Respectfully fascinated, <g> -JCJ
