Peggylynn -- Thanks for filling in the background to the Netherlands plant. I don't know which components are made there so if you or anyone else knows, I'd be interested. I'm also curious what's being made in Australia. I believe they have new facilities there, as well. It's a full-time job keeping track of all the activity in the industry. Incidentally, the filing is now up on FreeEdgar: freeedgar.com I don't think you have to register. Pat
