Alex Brown downgraded the stock from strong buy to market performer on April 24th based on management's indication that Remitvision product has been delayed. Also, it was said this will have impact on revenues and margins. How come it was not indicated in the latest quarterly report at all? Any ideas or comments? Also the eps expectation for 97 has been reduced from $0.30 to 0.16!!!! Also, any comment on the increase in number of shares from 10M to 12M shares? So, at this point, is there any near term upside to this stock? Also, what about their product software? RemitVision, WorkVision and CheckVision? Any comments about competition?
