Rob,

You're probably right about the dividend, assuming "no preferential dividend" means none at all. As for the circumstances involving the terms for renegotiating the conversion -- the floor issue -- we'll have to wait for the filing, which isn't there yet (just looked). Having reread the PR, I don't see any but the vaguest of references to that issue. It is standard to make the investors dig for it. It would be nice if there weren't any such terms.

You're likely right about the price around the time of the Intuit deal, too (getting late, will check later). So I'm happy to be mostly corrected. Sheeesh, barely back from vacation and already paranoid again. I guess I would be thinking less sceptically if all this legal BS wasn't going on. And SONE has been munching so much, it's been tough to keep up with the filings. Info overload.

Meanwhile, it seems a long time since we've heard anything about the patent dispute from either SONE or CORI. Lawyers must be racking up some good billable hours. Since you seem to have a good memory, Rob, let me ask you something regarding the class action suit. Do you recall any of the top management stating during the winter that they were "comfortable" (or words to that effect) with estimates for this past quarter and year? Sure hope they didn't, or I might just join the suit.

Thanks and Cheers, Tuck
