Hmmm. Still trying to get a "handle" on this.

The thread "skinney" on the Feb. China deal (as I understood it) was that Unicom had received a "sweatened" deal based in some way on performance. That would seem to imply some "wiggle room". Was this inaccurate? Was this possible because the performance was presumably not on 3G equipment or are there other "loopholes"? Sorry to be obtuse just trying to understand the "constraint limits".

For now I'll just ignore the case that could be made that the whole DS CDMA circus is a conspiracy to discriminate against Q.

Any clarification would be appreciated.
