OT: A few of us that post on the "Texas House of Coin" thread bought GNNU in early January. That's probably the thread where the spammer learned of GNNU. I personally don't know him and have never posted to him.

Since I've been in GNNU, there have been 5 "spamfests" on various message boards. The latest was the second attempt on SI. None of the "spamfests" have accomplished a thing except to bring negativity on the message boards. I'm not sure why folks keep trying this method. My guess is that the spammers are desperate folks that need cash and want to dump for a bit higher price.

It is all pretty embarrassing to me, as I'm sure you'd be embarrassed if an individual decided to spam a stock you were invested in all over an "upper class" message board like SI.
