"Some market observers are still taking heart with Tuesday's spectacular [Bob Brinker <g>] rally, saying that despite weak volume, Nasdaq breadth was very strong, with advancers to decliners at 9 to 1. This, they say, indicates an absence of sellers rather than buyers for the first time in a long time and could mean that the worst is finally over."
