You'd think that with all the positive news concerning the looming split up, the stock would be moving up off these lows......nope. Must be a reflection of investor uncertainty as to potential value, despite the analyst's valuation forecasts. IMHO, if these guys tried a "take private", there would be major investor lawsuits for lost value. Karl
