Pacific Aerospace & Electronics Announces European Aerospace Group Orders
WENATCHEE, Wash., June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, Inc. (Nasdaq: PCTH - news), announced today that the Company's European Aerospace Group has been awarded several new supplier contracts, valued at approximately $6.0 million, for the manufacture of formed titanium and cast aluminum components and assemblies.

The contracts were placed with Aeromet International plc, a subsidiary of Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, which has five manufacturing sites located in the United Kingdom. Aeromet, specializing in the manufacture of advanced light alloy castings and titanium forming, secured contracts orders to manufacture components and assemblies for the Typhoon/Euro-fighter, the Apache helicopter, trailing edge and bulkhead parts for the Boeing 737, and oil cooler and fuel pump parts to be used on jet engines for Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
