Dogman, You are sounding less like a lawyer and more like a... like a... (dare I say it?) an ACCOUNTANT! Seriously, thanks for the explanation. It highlights the dilution issue and why many of us were caught off-guard -- the details were in the fine print. If the company can issue an additional 1 million shares through options, that is certainly sufficient for the next few years. If they are issued, I hope management realizes they should be used for the key R&D and production folks and not for management's benefit. Mgmt has enough shares now and will benefit like the rest of us when the stock price rises. FWIW Jeff
