Numbers Don't Compute

Why in the world would an insider filing to sell a
block of 50,000 shares generate a blizzard of 1.8 million
shares transacted? Granted that Nasdaq double counts volume
because of where seller meets buyer on NYSE, seller meets
market maker, and then market maker meets buyer...but that
still resulted in over 900,000 shares traded when the stock
normally trades about 80,000 shares daily. I would hate to
think what would have happened if one of them had filed to
sell a block of 100,000 shares. Got to be more to this than
what meets the eye.

If the investors holding stock in this company are really
that nervous about their investment in Dynamic, either
Dynamic better do a much better job about conveying to
their shareholders the path they are taking that leads to
a better future, or there's something bubbling below the
surface. As to what it might be, I haven't a clue.
