Finally figured it out - was putting the -t at the end instead of after the ping.

Ran it to cyber and I get everything from the 130's to well over 300! :(

Cyber told my yesterday when they did the trace that the one that is important is the one FROM them TO me due to streaming data.

And suggested that I contact my ISP about changing the routing.

My ISP said they have no control on how the data is routed FROM cyber - that THEY would be the ones to handle a change.

Typical "blame the other guy.", it seems.

I have only 1 CyberX shutdown so far today, however.
