Thanks for spelling all that out in your post. It just does not make sense for AMD to release 1.5GHz this early. I'm on Chic's side - show a demo.

VIA has already said there will be a 1.4GHz demo, which will more than likely be a Kyrotech unit. Does anyone remember how much % higher MHz the cooled processor was than its spec'd speed? I can't check the sites right now... I think it was about 33% max, so the processor they are using in the 1.4GHz demo may be a 1.1GHz Athlon.
