There should still be a lawsuit for lost value. This is ridiculous! The company didn't get to upset over the bogus downgrade because they were in the bluelight special isle anyway taking advantage of the firesale. And how convenient that GS is part of the investment. What crooks! If anyone does hear of a lawsuit please post it here! Thanks, Mark
