In addition to the company's demonstration at booth 3129, Analog Devices' solutions can also be found throughout Supercomm at customer exhibitions on the show floor as well as at the ADSL Forum's Interoperability Showcase. ADI's CO and CPE Solutions
ADI's full product portfolio of end-to-end xDSL chipsets and reference designs will be featured in the booth. The company will showcase its four generations of chipsets and unveil next generation solutions at this year's show. Analog Devices will also display a variety of reference designs for customer premise equipment. Additionally, in partnership with Aware Inc., ADI will demonstrate Voice enabled DSL (VeDSL) running on ADI platforms.
ADI xDSL Partners
With a customer base of over 70 customers, ADI's chipset solutions are powering eight of the world's top ten PSTNs (Public Switched Telephone Network). ADI's design expertise and ability to partner with leaders in the telecommunications industry to co-design and develop xDSL products including PC cards and Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexers (DSLAMs) will be featured in demonstrations throughout the show floor as well at the ADSL Forum's Interoperability Showcase. ADI xDSL & Cable Modem Line Drivers
ADI's line drivers are found in 75 percent of the world's broadband gear. Analog Devices will feature the industry's de facto standard AD80xx family of line drivers. New to the product lineup of xDSL line drivers is the AD8018, a single +5V line driver. ADI also plans to feature new AD8322 and AD8323 line drivers, offering industry-leading performance and low cost for DOCSIS compliant cable modems.
Network Access Solutions
The industry's highest density network access solutions providing support for any protocol-on-any-port, including Voice over Network (VoN), will be shown in ADI's booth. Specifically, ADI's Dynamic Internet Voice Access(TM) (DIVA) technology and the ADSP-21mod980 Internet Gateway Processor, a DSP-based network access solution providing a T1 line worth of access capacity on a single chip. Internet access equipment based on ADI's Internet Gateway Processors include remote access servers (RAS) and concentrators (RAC), modem test equipment, and Voice over IP (VoIP) systems. Each port can run a different protocol at the same time, slashing operator costs.
Data Security Solutions
The SafeNet(TM)DSP, jointly developed by ADI and Information Resource Engineering (IRE) will also be featured. An IPSec compliant hardware-based encryption system-on-a-chip delivers the highest performance and strongest security for router and server telecommunications equipment. ADI teamed up with IRE to develop this standards-based single chip embedded encryption solution that enables IPSec-encrypted data to be transmitted over public networks at OC-3 rates of 155 Mbps and faster.
Wireless and RF Solutions
Analog Devices will display its widely acclaimed wireless and RF solutions. Among the products to be featured at this year's show include Othello,(TM) the world's first direct conversion GSM/GPRS radio chipset; SoftFone(TM) AD20msp430, the industry's only RAM-based baseband chipset for wireless handsets as well as its cutting-edge RF components including the AD8361, voted EDN's Innovation of the Year.
