Castro is probably VERY happy. But that is neither here nor there. The fact that he IS happy doesn't per se make this the wrong outcome. All parents, as they tuck their children in to bed tonight- whether in China, or North Korea, or EVEN in the US- can know that a bit more weight has been added to the international body of case law regarding the protection for parents of ALL countries and ALL political persuasions to determine the course of the future for their OWN children. Edit- or maybe they WON'T know, because of consorship in their countries- but the protection will be there anyway. Bravo.
