The best info I've been able to find indicates that Seagate has disposed of all its SNDK shares. Art, could you post some indication of how you calculated that? My calculations, based on SNDK's proxy statement, SEG's filings for the VRTS deal and its 144 filings etc, suggest that they were down to a little below 3M after selling the 260K they filed to sell on May 16. If you could point me to any information that covers more recent sales I would appreciate it.
