I have a 6 an 8 and a 10 year old- I cannot imagine having another country give them away to someone else. I would give any country the finger that had mobs of people in it trying to take away MY child. I hope things work out well for Elian and his father but even if they DON'T, it's their right to their choices that matters, not the outcome - this was the right precedent to set.
