Sensar Corp. designs, develops, manufactures and markets analytical instruments related to the environmental sciences, and accompanying hardware/software technology for industrial and military applications. For the 3 months ended 3/31/00, revenues totalled $86K, up from $4K. Net loss from cont. ops. totalled $7.5M, up from $248K. Revenues reflect cash earnings & notes receivable. Higher loss reflects increased S/G/A & stock compensation costs.
