Bdog... The bottom line problem was that I couldn't get MS7.01 to read the QP2 data and I couldn't get help from either company or the web to resolve the problem. I figure that, somewhere over the course of time, I will run across a solution. But who knows when that might happen? If and when it does, I might revisit the issue of providers if I am unhappy with Reuters service and/or price. Was part of the problem me? Probably. But I am not a novice to computers or software, and I'm in the habit of reading the directions (especially when my way doesn't work <gg>). And I was completely stumped. Ah well, it's over now. Timba
