Have to laugh reading all these comments

I haven't been as good about logging on here lately but
it is highly amusing seeing all the bitter comments. Cyber
can't blame me this time! (Well.. they probably will try).
Agree with all of you.. they system reliability has gone
downhill quite a bit and in many ways is worse now then
it was during problem times last summer. But I'll give
Cyber credit for this much - they seem to have taken to
heart my requests to a) at least be polite to the customer
and b) try to be responsive, even if you aren't immediately
able to solve the problem. That much they've improved
from the depths reached early this year.
