Sorry for the delay in responding. Some ugly FTP problems down here. As of the middle of last week, I was told that everything was moving along and that anticipated announcements are "coming up." When exactly "coming up" is is a little hard to pin down. We'll keep pestering until we see it. BTW, the company has offered all original investors a stock-for-debt conversion at approximately .30 per share. Don't know how many will opt for that or request their original loan back, but if all converted, it would require about 1.2 million shares. Just FYI. Watching and waiting, Chick In NC
