I did some more analysis and I can't reconcile all the disparity but I did find one glaring hiccup. April 18, the NDX was up 1.7% but the USPIX was down 10.2% (should have been down 3.4%). I put a call in to Profunds (talked to Bruce) to find out what happened.

It is possible that the USPIX NAV will diverge from the actual index when there is a big swing after the stock market closes but before the futures closes but that should even out over time.
