FUD on Qualcomm will clear this year for sure! It's just a matter of WHEN, Dealer. The July earnings will be a HUGE wake-up call. Qualcomm executives are eventually going to address issues related to W-CDMA and royalties, as well as the realistic paths to 3G. Qualcomm's adversaries are stirring FUD out of their genuine fear. I still maintain that the hoopla surrounding the rollout of HDR will be a stun gun to the adversaries and cause their general meltdown. Qualcomm has been referred to in the recent past as a "telecom juggernaut" by one of the news agencies. In addition, don't underestimate the Jacobs-Clinton connection and the subtle power of the federal government. For example, didn't the FCC recently initiate 911 location requirements on cellphones? We are going to get federal support backing up CDMA (in various fashions). CDMA is not Betamax. Quality WILL rule in the telecommunications sector. Just porchin' John
