And I hope you never have too, Simon - but if you should, plan on it taking +/- 3 minutes AFTER you have given the broker the info to make the trade and he has put you on hold before your trade is completed.

In 3 minutes or so you can lose a LOT of money - has happened to me 3 times now.

And if you happen to be calling when Cyber has an outage or other serious problem - like Island orders being stuck a week or so back - plan on spending 20 minutes on hold BEFORE you even get to a broker!

This is a serious, serious problem and can cost thousands of dollars - all because cyber does not give their brokers what they need to make the trade and do not staff to handle emergencies. NOT what one expects from "the industries leading edge trading program."

As for problems, today in the Mtrader room, several people were complaining about CyberTrader being down. I personally only lost CyberT once this morning - MUCH better than the 15-20 times I lost it yesterday! The reasons were in internet delays - something neither I nor Cyber have control over, I guess, but it does not help ones trading when one can not trust their trading program.
