Do I sniff some short covering in the last half hour today? 775,000 shares traded in the last 30 minutes, about 30% of the day's total volume. With over 17 PALM million shares short on 5/15 (per WSJ 5/25 report), if I were short, I'd be getting an itchy finger here, but probably I'd wait at least for tomorrow and the economic data.

With short positions around 60 or so at best, there's still plenty of profit left in those positions, but it could begin to evaporate pretty fast if we get a few more days like the last few.
