my 2 cents on the Silkroad issue:

As a lurker on the SR thread, I thought it presented
quite well the pros and cons of Silkroad, with ahaaha
in the advocate's role and Kachina appearing for
the prosecution. Based on the thread and reading
the company's PR, it was rather apparent something
did not add up in the Silkroad story. Thus, the
thread really pointed out the problems more than it
promoted Silkroad.
