margarita recipe One step you missed that is commonly done in texas is to dump the margarita into a blender, add a cup of fresh cold ice, add a jigger of 200 proof everclear over the ice and spin! The everclear causes the whole thing to freeze solid. strain any remaining ice chunks by pouring through a slotted spoon. TP
