Couldn't agree more. If the danger became real, and energy cheap, Sahara, Australia, Saudi Arabia could all be transformed into tropical forests if we brought enough water, and these could suck a lot of carbon dioxide from the air.

If we have an energy source other than carbon, the level of greenhouse gasses will start to decrease on it's own, even without massive intervention.
