Neil, Riddle me this. Why are PRST insiders NOT buying? I have been monitoring insider action for a while. Since they sold massively in May of '96, they havent bought since then. I would expect some insiders to have bought below $50, especially those who sold all their holdings at that time! Remember Iomega? My #1 buy signal was when an Insider bought 22,000 shares at a split-adjusted 6 3/8 in Feb '95 even though he already had about 20,000 shares! In april of 95, same insider bought another 30,000 shares at 10 1/2 or so.!! (He probably mortgaged his house to do so! :-)) ) Insider buying by PRST insiders will give me more confidence in my chart reading! Cheers --Olu E.
