ES: We'll the analyst are congradulating them for a good quarter and from an operational standpoint it is but earnings were weak. All depends on the spin but it still looks like Alan's lillys won't be covering much of the pond this year. Book to bill down from last quarter and DSO's high due to integration problems. Design and sales were good. Now to see what the analyst say with ratings tomorrow. Tim
