Ice, after reading the exchange between you and Bill I think we need to amend the definition of the type II poster to add "deliberately misleading". I think we have "intentions" built into the types I and III but nothing regarding intent in type II. Thus it would be possible for someone to "innocently" post a rumor or something that could be taken as type II when it probably shouldn't be. Has to do with the sincerety of the poster, I think. So, Mr. Greenspan, were he to post here, would not be type II even though he might be potentially dangerous to investors. Stan
