You are just fixated on that reprimand example, aren't you? In math class, when they had a word problem that started "A train leaves Chicago at 3:00pm...", did you go and check the schedules at Union Station and then complain about the question if it turned out that in fact there were no trains that left at that time?

To repeat, since you obviously won't look it up yourself, despite your assertions, nowhere in last Friday's PR did it actually say that the notification received from the FDA was the first such notification CYBR received about the 200's general-purpose status.

Think about it: CYBR has, by its own claims, asserted that it has been taking orders for the 200 (while "clumsily" implying in PR's that the orders were for the as-yet unapproved 400) for some time now. Are you saying that they were taking these orders without knowledge of the 200's FDA status? Wouldn't that be, like, a crime or something?
