Well from what I read I picked zero pending litigation. That isn't to say there is not any. This was from SEC not current but boy an impressive list of clients.

This comes from 96 10k The following is a representative list of ongoing and significant customers which have generated a substantial portion of HDS's sales:

Arizona State University McDonnell Douglas Aircraft
Bell Atlantic NASA Ames Research Center
The Boeing Company New York City Health and Hospitals
Boston University North American Van Lines
Bose Corporation PRC
BP Exploration Penn State University
California Institute of Technology Pizza Hut
Cerner Purdue University
Dallas Semiconductor Rockwell International
Data General SAIC
Dow Jones Telerate Sandia National Laboratories
Drexel University Stanford University
E-Systems Southwestern Bell
Fairchild Space and Defense TASC
Flight Safety International The Toro Company
General Datacom TRW
Goddard Space Flight Center Unitrode Integrated Circuits
Harris United States Air Force
Hot Wired University of California
Hughes Aircraft Company U.S. Department of Commerce

What think you Bingo ---these people came up number one on a NC tech write up. Mind you IBM took NCDI under their wing not HDSX.
