that's quite a level of fragmentation... 25%. regardless of whether or not this in itself impacts your crashes, you can be glad that you are running defrag now.

i have the disk optimization, or 'c:optim' sensor, active on my desktop, with the alarm level set at 95%. i usually get it before it reaches that level.
