... I am very stupid ... and I know, most of you agree ...

... but the rally this week is for suck-ers only ...

... a little bit of hope (admittedly, based on a couple of legitimate reports) that the economy might just possibly be slowing a bit ... and we are off to the races again ... it makes no sense ... what greater evidence does anyone need that people are still buying on the dips, have little gut fear, have shown no capitulation and are asking to get their heads handed to them ...

... this is going to get very interesting ... I am more bearish than before my vacation ...

... now have a limit order in for 500s of SUNW at 68 (now at 82 11/16) ... (I have 500 now that I paid 75 for last week)

... another limit order for 1,500s of Sycamore Networks at 50 (now at 90 1/16) ... (I don't own any)

... and another limit order for 1,000s of Abiomed at 35 (to go with the 3,000 I already have) ... (now at 38 15/16)

... that is all the stock I own ...

... if I am wrong, I will freely admit it ...

... what choice do I have, as candid as I have been here ...

I don't get it ...I don't get it ... I don't get it ...

Ken Wilson

... I put all our money (100%) in SUNW in May, 1997, and basically felt fine about it up through the fall of 1999 ... but this market, especially this week, makes no sense to me ...

PS ... and now I get my CNBC e-mail summary for the day, and the title is Mo' Momentum ... uh-huh
