Good point. I would say if they use their monopoly position to engage in predatory practices to stifle competition as Microsoft has, then they should go right after them too. The trick will be in figuring how to get the case heard by Judge Penfield Jackson with Aware being in Massachusetts. But the DOJ is clever. They should be able to figure a way.
