I drew some conclusions about the sale of the remaining shares, based on a study of the Seagate restructuring, and how management intended to finance its taking the company private. The sums of money involved strongly suggested they would have to dispose of every share of SNDK. We'll know for sure when the newer SEC Form 4s are filed.
