Where did I state an incorrect fact. Don't be a dumbass your entire life Frank.
Yeah, we uh, kind of, sacked our CEO, the one that sold back ,millions of his shares for 50 cents a piece, and Tobin got kicked further down the ladder, and uh, btw, we did this over a month ago, but we've waited until now to try to spin it as something positive for the company.

This is obviously my opinion of what really happened. An opinion protected under the 1st Amendment to the United States Constitution. Like you said "you do not have a clue and do not know the details surrounding the restructuring."
How could it be a fact, and a lie, when I don't know the details, it's an opinion Frank. Learn the difference, or forever look like a moron, which I can state not as an opinion but as a hard cold fact, that you are. Your many post are concrete proof.
You know Frank, i've since changed my opinion, my opinion is now like this.
"Yeah uh, our former CEO knows what a scummy operation this is, and so he sold the rights to a bunch of $6 shares for 50 cents, and he's stepped down as CEO to run his little seminar company, so that the sooner we can spin that off the sooner he can disassociate himself from the rest of us. Our former former CEO has outgrown his usefulness and as the Truthseeker keeps quoting an article where he talks about our involvement in porn sites he has become a great liability, he too is also being demoted. We have a new CEO whose past experience includes being the President of Edutek, a failed training school that shares our Solana Beach address, Bestway Beverage a failed beverage machine distributor, which also shares the same address as us, as well as President of Bevex, the partially Swiss owned maker of the previously mentioned failed beverage machine. Speaking of Swiss, we have a dude from Switzerland that's been appointed to the board. Coincidence, you decide.
