Hi Dan..... Thought I would weigh in with my two cents. Novacor device has a bad history of clotting. I'm pretty sure FDA mandated special labeling about clotting for the device. I think the value here is the distribution channel. Second only to TCA (Heartmate). It does show a commitment by Bryden for the long term. If they can just get clinical trials kicked off, everything will be fine. Patience is your ally here. If they don't get clinicals going in the next year (June 2001) there is something wrong that they are not making public IMHO.
