jebj, I have been watching a pingplotter run a trace for the last few days..and yes, i am seeing the alternet problem as well. I am on a highspeed connection...and none of my other realtime quote feeds have any problems. The real issue here is not the fact that the internet has problems..but rather, why does cyber not have their software HANDLE the problems...rather than just being bumped right off the server? Their "high-tech" software should be able to recognize a data lag, packet loss, etc and account for it..rather than just dropping completely..and having to be re-logged on. very annoying.
